     Voucher Validity

     • Vouchers are valid until the expiry date clearly stated on the voucher.

     Non-Cash Value

     • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary equivalent.

     Service Limitation

     • Vouchers are redeemable exclusively for Ayurvedic Yoga Massage sessions, unless otherwise stated.

     Booking Appointments

     • All sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

     Cancellations

     • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

     • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a non-refundable deposit being required for future bookings.

     Block Bookings

     • Block bookings are non-transferable and must be used by the person named at the time of purchase.

     • Each session within a block can be rescheduled once, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.

     • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

     • All sessions within a block must be used within 7 months of the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
