Ayurvedic Yoga Massage – Terms and Conditions

 

Welcome! We’re delighted to have you on this wellness journey. Please take a moment to review the following terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

1. Voucher Validity
   Vouchers are valid until the expiry date printed on the voucher.
2. Non-Cash Value
   Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary value.
3. Service Limitation
   Vouchers are redeemable exclusively for Ayurvedic Yoga Massage sessions, unless otherwise specified.
4. Booking Appointments
   All sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
5. Cancellations
   Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will require a non-refundable deposit on further bookings.  
6. Block Bookings
   
   • Block bookings are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named at the time of purchase.
   • Individual sessions within a block can be rebooked once if rearranged with at least 24 hours’ notice.  
   • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice could lead to that session being forfeited.  
   • All sessions within a block must be used within 7 months of the purchase date (unless pre agreed)
